HERO Line Philosophy

The HERO line philosophy is simple: keep a constant eye on your line’s most critical machine centers to keep them running efficiently. Rather than setting up a camera after a machine error is detected, the full-line HERO system catches problems as they occur because its cameras are always on and watching the line. A permanent HERO installation not only contains line downtime by keying in on problems’ root cause, but also curbs maintenance costs because cameras - not people - are watching the line. While camera type, speed, and number will vary by application, the net effect is a comprehensive troubleshooting tool built into your production process.

We understand that success and how it is achieved is different in every plant, which is why our team of engineers works with you to identify the best – and most economic -
system configuration to meet your needs. To ensure maximize return on investment, we analyze your current processes, operator locations, and typical process errors to determine optimal camera and display locations for your line. Some cameras will be permanently placed, your insurance policy against errors that halt production. Others will be “floaters” that move across your line when new problems arise.

Upon installation of a full-line HERO, we provide thorough training and on-site operational instruction. Your operators, technicians, engineers and other users will receive unlimited technical phone support thereafter. As they see first hand the value HERO provides, they will consult it each and every time a problem develops. No more quessing at solutions or waiting for errors to reoccur. The full-line HERO system is fully scalable and can be as large or small as you need. Cameras can be added to accommodate line expansions or upgraded to higher frame rates if your production speeds increase.
