Local
HERO provides all the benefits of the standard HERO system,
directed at a single machine.
Like the standard HERO system, Local HERO digitally monitors
your machine, records video when specific fault conditions
occur, and plays back short video clips of just the fault
and the moments directly before and after it. The advantage
is that Local HERO is integrated into your machine’s
frame, so it permanently adds problem solving into the production
process.
Compact
and easy to use, Local HERO can be added to a labeler, packer,
filler, or any other machine center. It will help your operators
and maintenance personnel trouble-shoot faster, increase machine
