The HERO (Hartness Event Recording Online) system is a digital video capture system that quickly and accurately troubleshoots machine errors. Designed to constantly monitor your machines, HERO records video when specific fault conditions occur and creates short video clips of just the fault and the moments directly before and after it. Because HERO is always buffering video, you never miss the cause of a production problem or an opportunity to capture its occurrence.
