The launch of Hartness Performance Solutions originated from a fundamental Hartness question: “How can we better serve our customers?”

HERO (Hartness Event Recording Online) was designed to give plant personnel an extra set of eyes on their processes. A digital event capture system, it creates video clips of machine problems so users can diagnose issues quickly and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Since HERO, Hartness Performance Solutions has extended its product line to include other video troubleshooting and line monitoring technologies.
